PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday,
excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will begin
processing the next business day.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES (United States)
• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $5.99 flat rate
• FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $100
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $14.99
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been
shipped, not from the order date.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with
a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking
information to update.
LOCAL PICKUP — SAN MARCOS, TX
We offer free local pickup for customers in the San Marcos area.
Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. You will receive an email
when your order is ready (typically within 24 hours).
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
VAV San Marcos is not responsible for packages lost or stolen
after delivery confirmation. If your package arrives damaged,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at
vavsanmarcos@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
