Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn't quite
right, here's how returns work at VAV San Marcos.
RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. After 14
days, items are no longer eligible for return.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Free from stains, odors (perfume, smoke, deodorant), and pet hair
• With all original tags attached
FINAL SALE — NOT RETURNABLE
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or
exchanged:
• Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
• Accessories, jewelry, and intimates
• Items purchased with a discount code of 25% or more
STORE CREDIT ONLY
All approved returns are refunded as STORE CREDIT (no expiration).
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email vavsanmarcos@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days
4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
5. Once received and inspected, store credit is issued within
3–5 business days
EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different
size or item, please return your original purchase for store
credit and place a new order.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within
48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right at no
cost to you.
